Jason Frazier, A licensed Funeral Director and owner of Frazier Funeral Home is concerned about meeting the needs of the families in the community. He is a very active member of this community, and is committed to each and every family we serve. Jason is married to Leslie Frazier, they live in DeMotte, with there four Children, Alexandria, Jessica, Jason, and Nathaniel.

Leslie Frazier

Owner of Frazier Funeral Home

Leslie Frazier, A pre-need specialist, and owner of Frazier Funeral Home understands the importance of the service that is offered to the community. Leslie graduated in 2007 from ivy tech with a degree in mortuarty science.  She is married to Jason Frazier, they live in DeMotte with there four children, Alexandria, Jessica, jason, Nathaniel.

Donna Terborg-Hershman

Donna is the funeral homes hairdresser, and is committed to the excellence that the Frazier family provides to each family they serve, Donna is the proud owner of the Purple Door Salon in Demotte, and The Frazier family is honored to have her as part of our team.

Al Ooms

Al is a great addition to the Frazier Family, Al started with the Frazier Family in 2008, he takes great pride in helping the Frazier Family in comforting and serving each and every one. Al is married to Donna, they reside in DeMotte, and have five children.  Al is active in the Keener Township Volunteer Fire Department,  He is a Member of the American Reformed Church.
