Life Legacy
William J. Cruickshank 45 of DeMotte passed away on Friday January 15, 2010 at St. Anthony Hospital with his loving family by his side. Born on October 13, 1964 in Danvers, Massachusetts to the late William & Jean(Cygan) Cruickshank. William was a Member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church of DeMotte, He was an electrician for the Hamstra Group, and an Umpire for DeMotte Little League, and the announcer for the KV High School football games, he enjoyed fishing, and remodeling homes, and was the former owner of KC Construction. He was Preceded in death by his parents, and daughter; Bailey Cruickshank. Survived by son: Patrick Cruickshank of Valparaiso. Daughters: Theresa (Jeff)Armstrong of Valparaiso, Cheyenne Cruickshank of Florida. Sisters: Patricia Cruickshank-Schott of North Carolina, Mary (Gerald) Deblois of Massachusetts, Lynn Katsaros of Massachusetts, and Bonnie(Michael) Cruickshank-Delande of Massachusetts. Loving Companion Suzanne Raseta of DeMotte, and Former Spouse Kari Stephens of Plymouth. William had one grandchild on the way, which he was very excited about. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at 10:30 am in the St. Cecilia Catholic 334 15th Street SW, DeMotte, Indiana 46310. With Monsignor Robert Sell Celebrating, Burial will follow in the Cemetery of the Resurrection in DeMotte. A Visitation for William will be on Monday January 18, 2010 from 2pm-8pm at the Frazier Funeral Home 621 S. Halleck St. DeMotte, Indiana. 46310. Memorials may be made to the DeMotte Little League.
