Life Legacy
Lowell B. Dillon 75 of Lake Village passed away on February 18, 2010 at St. Anthony Hospice Center with his loving family by his side. Born on October 24, 1934 in Colcord, WV to the late Ottie and Ina(Bailey) Dillon. He graduated from the Clearfork High School in 1952. Lowell married Marlene Monroe on September 18, 1976 in Griffith, Indiana. Lowell was a Material Control Checker for the Ford Motor Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and gardening. Lowell was a member of the First Baptist Church of Roselawn. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Donald, Doyle, Gene, and Dugan. Survived by loving wife; Marlene Dillon of Lake Village. Son: Lowell Blaine(Sibyl) Dillon Jr. of Georgia. Daughters; Kathy(Joe) Littell of Hebron, Sandy(Mark) Scott of Demotte, Tracey(Danny) Pierce of Crown Point, Ina Dillon of Demotte. Brothers; Delano(Connie) Dillon of Georgia, Larry(Gloria) Dillon of Ohio. Sisters; Geneva Scarboro of West Virginia, Nadine Brotherton of Virginia. Lowell had 15 Loving Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Monday February 22, 2010 at 11 am in the Frazier Funeral Home 621 S. Halleck Demotte, In 46310, with Pastor Randy Gaskey officiating, burial will follow in the Roselawn Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday February 21, 2010 from 2 pm until 8pm at the Frazier funeral Home of Demotte. Lowell will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
