Life Legacy
Shirley A. Weaver 54, of Rensselaer passed away on February 20, 2010 at Crestmark Nursing Home. Born on May 2, 1955 in Chicago, IL to the late James And Rose(Simms) Brown. Shirley was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in DeMotte, the cooking group, AA, and the Calvary womens bible study group. She was a loving mother, sister grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother; Jimmy. Survived by Daughters; Laurie Simpson of Rensselaer, Kristi Weaver-Love of IL, Cheryl Weaver-Lynnscott of IL. Son; Stephen Weaver of PA. Sisters; Vicky Anderson, and Kim(Dave) Sirk. Shirley had 14 loving grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday February 27, 2010 at 12 noon at the Calvary Assembly of God church in DeMotte, with Pastor James Clark officiating, burial will follow in the DeMotte Cemetery. Friends may visit on Saturday February 27, 2010 from 10 am until the time of services at 12 noon at the Calvary Assembly of God Church in DeMotte. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family care of the funeral home. Shirley will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, Shirley may the choir of Angels come to greet you and lead you on to paradise, May the Lord enfold you in his mercies and give you everlasting life.
